  • 1 cup Splenda granular

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages fat-free cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
FILLING
  • 3⁄4 cup low-sugar apricot preserves
  • 1 pint strawberry, thinly sliced
