How To Make the Opposite Of A Smoothie: Breakfast Crunchy

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 tablespoons yogurt (pick your flavor, vanilla is a good base)
  • 8 tablespoons granola cereal
  • 8 tablespoons berries
  • 1 tablespoon artificial sweetener (optional)

 

DIRECTIONS

 

Step 1

Layer yogurt, cereal, and fruit into a tumbler or parfait glass in an artful pattern, or until the ingredients are used up.

Step 2

Adding the fruit at the end (for appearance’s sake) and sweetener (or not), depending on your tastes.
