- 3 cups cubed and cooked potatoes

DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Soy sauce, potatoes, and tofu should be mixed.
Step 2
Translucent onions and garlic are sauteed in oil.
Step 3
325 degrees Fahrenheit is the recommended temperature for the oven.
Step 4
Add black pepper, parsley, basil, and garlic to the potato mixture.
Step 5
Place in a baking dish 8 x 8 x 2 inches that have been oiled.
