How To Make Veggie Breakfast Casserole

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1⁄2 lbs firm tofu, mashed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons basil
  • 3 cups cubed and cooked potatoes
  • paprika

 

DIRECTIONS

 

Step 1

Soy sauce, potatoes, and tofu should be mixed.

Step 2

Translucent onions and garlic are sauteed in oil.

Step 3

325 degrees Fahrenheit is the recommended temperature for the oven.

Step 4

Add black pepper, parsley, basil, and garlic to the potato mixture.

Step 5

Place in a baking dish 8 x 8 x 2 inches that have been oiled.

Step 6

Evenly distribute paprika over the dish, then bake it for 35 minutes.
