INGREDIENTS FOR HOT MOLTEN BLOBS

  • 1(12 ounce) can buttermilk biscuits
  • 24 pieces ham, cubes cut into 3/4 inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard or 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 36 pieces low-fat cheddar cheese, cubes

DIRECTIONS

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Prepare the muffin tins by coating them with non-stick cooking spray.

Take 10 biscuits and place one in each section of the muffin tins.

In a small bowl, combine mayo and mustard, stirring until the mixture is well blended.

Bake until the biscuits turn golden, puff up, and overflow with cheese, usually about 10-12 minutes.

Once baked, remove the muffin tin from the oven and let it stand for 3 minutes before removing the biscuit cups from the tins.
