How To Make Marinated Shrimp Canapes
- 1 -2 large peeled cucumber
- 1 box garlic melba rounds
- 1 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1 lb cooked medium shrimp
- 1⁄2 pint sour cream
Refrigerated cooked shrimp marinated in dressing for one hour.
Put shrimp on individual cucumber slices then top with sour cream and Melba Rounds. Drain shrimp and place on cucumber slices.
Refrigerate until ready to serve once they have been arranged on a serving dish.
