How To Make Chunky Chicken Nachos
- 1 1⁄2 cups shredded taco cheese, seasoned
- 1⁄3 cup salsa
- 1⁄4 cup pitted ripe sliced ripe olives
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 4 cups tortilla chips
Place the chips in a single layer on a large microwavable platter.
Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over the chips, followed by the chicken, salsa, olives, and the remaining cheese.
Microwave the platter on High for 3 to 4 minutes or until the cheese has melted, making sure to turn the platter halfway through the cooking time.
