How To Make Mini Smoky Bacon Wraps
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup of dark brown sugar
- 1/3 cup of ketchup
- 27 small cocktail franks
- 9 slices of bacon
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Turn the oven on to 350°F.
Step 2
Baking sheets should be greased.
Step 3
Make thirds out of each bacon slice.
Step 4
Make sure every small smoke is wrapped in a slice.
Step 5
In a baking dish lined with foil, place the meat.
Step 6
Ten minutes is about how long you should bake.
Step 7
Meanwhile, mix brown sugar and ketchup in a small bowl.
Step 8
Brush the ketchup/brown sugar mixture over the cocktail wieners after they are removed from the oven.
Step 9
Once the bacon is lightly crisped, return it to the oven (don’t overcook or it will become tough).
