How To Make Portobello Pizzas

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 3⁄4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1⁄2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 40 mini pepperoni
  • 4 large basil leaves, torn
  • 4 large portabella mushrooms, were cleaned, and gills removed

 

DIRECTIONS

 

Step 1

A parchment-lined baking sheet should be preheated to 450 degrees.

Step 2

Place mushrooms with the tops down on a sheet tray prepared with olive oil and salt and pepper.

Step 3

Put tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, cheese, and pepperoni on the pizzas, and then top them with cheese.

Step 4

In a large baking dish, place the mushrooms, cheese, and basil, and bake for 10-12 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
