How To Make Spinach Feta Frittata
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE SPINACH FETA FRITTATA
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)
- 1⁄2 cup ham, chopped (optional)
- 1⁄2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄2 package frozen spinach, squeeze out water
- 3⁄4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 6 -7 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS TO MAKE SPINACH FETA FRITTATA
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
In a medium skillet, cook the onion in olive oil until it becomes translucent.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook for approximately 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until it is warmed through.
Step 5
Grease a 9″ casserole dish using cooking spray.
Step 6
Place the vegetable mixture at the bottom of the casserole dish.
Step 7
Combine crumbled feta with the eggs and pour the mixture over the vegetables.
Step 8
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Step 9
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 30 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set.
Step 10
Allow the casserole to cool for about 5 minutes, then cut it into individual serving-sized squares.
