How To Make Garlic Prawns In The Microwave
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 1⁄3 cup peanut oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons spring onions
- 500g prawns
- salt and pepper
Leave the tails intact when peeling and deveining prawns.
Prepare four micro proof ramekins by dividing the prawns into four dishes.
Divide the four ramekins between the four people and pour over the prawns.
Stir occasionally while microwaving for 5 minutes on high.
Bread crusty is a good accompaniment.
