INGREDIENTS TO MAKE CHEESE TOMATO MELT
- 2 ounces shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 4 slices of medium tomatoes
- coarse sea salt (optional)
- Italian seasoning (optional)
Top bread slices evenly with tomato slices and cheese. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Melt cheese under the broiler.
