How To Make Biscuits & Gravy Breakfast Casserole
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE BISCUITS & GRAVY BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
- 1(2 3/4 ounce) package of peppered gravy mix (makes 2 cups)
- 12 ounces of buttermilk biscuit dough
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 lb sausage, any flavor
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 6 eggs
- salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS TO MAKE BISCUITS & GRAVY BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
Take a 13 x 9-inch pan and coat it with cooking spray or butter.
Step 3
Cut biscuit dough into 1-inch pieces and evenly distribute them in the bottom of the pan.
Step 4
Cook the sausage until browned, then drain any excess grease. Sprinkle the browned sausage over the biscuit pieces and top with shredded cheese.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the contents of the pan.
Step 6
Prepare the gravy according to the instructions on the package and pour it over the pan.
Step 7
Bake the dish for 30-45 minutes, depending on your oven’s temperature.
Step 8
Once done, cut into servings and serve. It’s especially delicious when served warm right out of the oven!
