All the great chocolate eaters of the world! We were made for such a period as this. These treats are delicate, thick, blocks of chocolate lumps and a rich mixture heated into a bar of weighty, milk-cherishing chocolate that is our most loved chocolate chip treat ever. ♡
Ingredients required and Healthier Ferrero Rocher Recipe:
- Hazelnuts/ Almonds: 260g
- Bake it on the oven at 350F/175C for 7-8 min
- Wrap in a kitchen towel
- Rub vigorously to remove as much loose skin as possible
- Let cool completely
- Add 160g of nuts and process for 20-30 seconds until crumbly
- Add Medjool dates: 200g, pitted
- Add Cocoa powder: 2 tablespoons
- Add salt: 1/4 teaspoons
- Add coconut oil: 1 tablespoon
- Add Vanilla extra: 1 teaspoon
- Process until combines and sticky
- Pour the mixture into the bowl and take the whole hazelnut wrap it with the date mixture then squash the mixture between your hands to form balls.
- Dark Chocolate/ milk chocolate: 200g
- Melt the chocolate
- Hazelnuts: 20g, chop
- Mix the chopped hazelnuts with the melted chocolate
- Dip each ball in the melted chocolate
- Place on a parchment paper to set
- Refrigerate until ready to eat.
