Mix pizza sauce, bread crumbs, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
Mix well beef with the mixture.
Grease 12 muffin cups and divide the meat mixture between them.
Fill the bottom and sides with the mixture and press it down.
Cheese should be placed in the center.
The meat should no longer be pink after 15-18 minutes at 375°F.
Add additional cheese and pizza sauce if desired.
For up to 3 months, cool and store in freezer bags.
