(1) 1⁄2 - 3⁄4 cup chili bea (2) 2 sweet potatoes (about 8 ounces each) or 2 yams (about 8 ounces each) (3) 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, grated
For a tender potato, bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
While potatoes are baking, warm chili beans.
To form a boat-shaped potato, slice the potato down the center, but do not go through all the way.
Each potato should be filled with about 1/4 cup chili.
Add cheese and enjoy.
