In a 3-quart saucepan, pour water and add one bouillon cube (approximately filling it halfway, no need for precise measurement).
Bring the water to a boil, then add the egg noodles, boiling them for 3 minutes. Adjust the cooking time if you are using a different type of egg noodles, following the lowest time specified in the package instructions. Important: Do not drain the noodles after boiling!
Turn off the heat, and incorporate the remaining bouillon cubes into the saucepan, stirring until they dissolve completely.
Introduce the carrots and chicken to the mixture, stirring to ensure thorough heating.
For added flavor, you can sprinkle a small amount of dried parsley if desired.
