Now, include 3 cups of chopped bell peppers into the mix.

Cover the skillet with the lid again and cook the bell peppers for 3-4 minutes, turning them every 2 minutes.

STEP 5

Next, add 2 cups of grated sharp cheddar cheese and 4 cups of spinach to the skillet.

STEP 6

Continue cooking for 2 minutes, making sure to turn the mixture constantly until the cheese is melted and the spinach is wilted.
