How To Make Quiche Lorraine Cups
INGREDIENTS
- 12 cooked crepes
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp &, crumbled
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Muffin tins or custard cups should be lightly greased.
Step 2
Flatten the crepes after lining them.
Step 3
Crepes can be topped with bacon.
Step 4
Crepes should be filled with cheese.
Step 5
Salt and flour should be mixed.
Step 6
Combine the flour, milk, and beaten eggs.
Step 7
Pour the blended mixture over the cheese in the crepes.
Step 8
Until firm, bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
Step 9
After removing the pan from the oven, let the mixture cool for five minutes.
