How To Make Peach Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1⁄2 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1⁄2 cup fresh peaches, chopped
  • 1⁄2 cup peach yogurt
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

 

DIRECTIONS

 

Step 1

Sugar, oil, yogurt, milk, and egg should be mixed.

Step 2

Separately, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.

Step 3

Mix the flour and liquid.

Step 4

Just stir the batter until it is combined (there may be lumps in the batter).

Step 5

Chop the peaches and fold them in.

Step 6

The griddle should be preheated to 325 degrees with cooking oil sprayed lightly on it.

Step 7

Add about 1/4 cup of batter.

Step 8

Pancakes are cooked on the griddle.

Step 9

The bottom should be light brown when cooked.

Step 10

Cook the pancakes on the other side.
