How To Make Mini Sausage & Cheese Breakfast Biscuit Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit
- 1 roll of pork sausage or 1 package frozen of small round sausage patty
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 8 -10 ounces cheddar cheese
- bacon or ham
- butter or margarine
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Follow the directions on the package when baking biscuits.
Step 2
In the meantime, if you plan to use pork sausage rolls, cut them into small slices or form them into patties.
Step 3
Cook patties in oil in a large skillet.
Step 4
Cheese should be sliced into 1/2-inch squares.
Step 5
Serve biscuit sandwiches made from butter biscuit halves.
