- 1 1⁄2 lbs cod fish filets
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1⁄2 medium sweet green pepper, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
- 1⁄4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or 1/2 teaspoon dry basil, crumbled

DIRECTIONS
Step 1
