How To Make Microwave Egg Frittata
INGREDIENTS
- 1 -2 slice of turkey bacon
- 1 Roma tomato
- 1⁄2 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1⁄3 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄4 cup fat-free evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- Pam cooking spray
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Pam a cereal bowl large enough to fit in the microwave.
Step 2
Put spinach into a bowl after washing it, patting it dry, removing the stems, and tearing it into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3
Throw the tomato, bacon, and cheese on top. The tomato can be sliced or diced.
Step 4
Sprinkle salt and pepper lightly over the mess in the bottom of the bowl after you beat the two eggs and milk lightly with a fork.
Step 5
On high, microwave for three minutes. A nasty crust of crispy egg will emerge if you overcook the food. It is fluffier the sooner you consume it, and after 15 minutes it will be chilly and roughly half the size it was when it came out of the microwave.
