How To Make Hash Brown Breakfast Skillet

INGREDIENTS
- 1⁄2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1⁄4 cup diced onion
- 1⁄4 lb breakfast sausage
- 1⁄8 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 eggs
- 4 -5 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
- 7 cherry tomatoes, sliced
- salt
DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Brown the sausage in a large skillet.
Step 2
Return the drained water to the pan.
Step 3
In a skillet, combine the shredded potatoes, onion, and salt.
Step 4
Golden brown hash browns should be cooked on medium heat.
Step 5
Place the scrambled eggs in the space left by pushing the mixture to one side of the pan.
Step 6
Stir the hashbrowns into the cooked onions once they have been cooked.
Step 7
Toss the tomatoes, cheese, and hot sauce together.
Step 8
Serve right away after stirring well.
