  • 1 teaspoon salt add to a large pot of boiling water
  • Add Pasta 14oz(400g) to the boiling water and wait till it gets boiled properly
  • Add butter to the pan and melt the butter over low heat
  • Add flour: 4 Tablespoons (30g), whisk and cook for 2 minutes over medium-low heat
  • Add 4 cups (1L) Milk: gradually add and whisk. Whisk until smooth, cook for about 5-6 minutes, until slightly thick.
