All the great chocolate eaters of the world! We were made for such a period as this. These treats are delicate, thick, blocks of chocolate lumps and a rich mixture heated into a bar of weighty, milk-cherishing chocolate that is our most loved chocolate chip treat ever. ♡

Ingredients required and Healthier Ferrero Rocher Recipe:

  1. Hazelnuts/ Almonds: 260g
  2. Bake it on the oven at 350F/175C for 7-8 min
  3. Wrap in a kitchen towel
  4. Rub vigorously to remove as much loose skin as possible
  5. Let cool completely
  6. Add 160g of nuts and process for 20-30 seconds until crumbly 
  7. Add Medjool dates: 200g, pitted
  8. Add Cocoa powder: 2 tablespoons
  9. Add salt: 1/4 teaspoons
  10. Add coconut oil: 1 tablespoon
  11. Add Vanilla extra: 1 teaspoon
  12. Process until combines and sticky 
  13. Pour the mixture into the bowl and take the whole hazelnut wrap it with the date mixture then squash the mixture between your hands to form balls.
  14. Dark Chocolate/ milk chocolate: 200g
  15. Melt the chocolate
  16. Hazelnuts: 20g, chop
  17. Mix the chopped hazelnuts with the melted chocolate
  18. Dip each ball in the melted chocolate
  19. Place on a parchment paper to set
  20. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
