Every customer who has a Savings/ Current Account with HDFC Bank is given a Customer ID, which is a unique identification number.
Go to Net Banking and click on the “?” symbol to get your Customer ID in three easy steps.
- Enter your registered mobile number (with country code) as well as your PAN or date of birth information.
- Verify your identity by entering the OTP issued to your registered mobile number.
- The customer’s unique ID is presented right away.
Now is the time to get your Customer ID.
Please use your date of birth to obtain your Customer ID data if you are an NR customer.
If you are an authorized signatory of a firm, company, trust, or other non-individual entity, please obtain your Customer ID using the non-individual entity’s PAN.
If you are a HUF Karta, please obtain your Customer ID using the HUF’s PAN data.
The Customer ID will not be displayed online if there are numerous Customer IDs with the same details changed.
The Customer ID is listed in the Welcome Letter you received from the bank when you opened your Savings/ Current account. Your Cheque book, Passbook, and Account Statement all have this information on the first page.
If you can’t find your Customer ID, call the Phone Banking number in your city for more information.
In the event of non-individuals, the individual’s customer ID is required to log in to Net Banking (companies, trusts, HUFs, etc.).
