Love cakes, don’t like eggs! Try the following simple recipe that will make you fall in love with cakes. The recipe is just of the base formation and you can decorate it with cream to make it perfect.
1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
400 grams condensed milk
110 grams unsalted butter
5-5 chopped almonds and cashews
Firstly, melt the butter and add the flour to it and mix well.
Then add baking powder, vanilla essence and condensed milk till it becomes a smooth paste. You can use the blender too if not comfortable with hands.
Remember that there must not be any lumps in the paste.
Preheat the oven for 3 minutes and grease the bowl with butter in which the batter is to be transferred so as to avoid sticking. Now, put the transfer the paste to the round bowl or any other shaped bowl and add use the cashews and almonds as toppings to the base.
Bake the cake of at least forty minutes and you can test by toothpick if it is baked properly or not. Bake for some more time if the batter is still sticky.
Once the cake is baked and a little brown at the surface, take it out and let it cool down. With the help of a knife, take the cake out of the bowl.
Decorate it with whipped cream and use it as a perfect birthday cake.
