How To Make Bacon And Egg Breakfast Baskets

INGREDIENTS
- 1 onion, sliced
- 250g cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 slices bacon, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
- 6 eggs
- 6 soft hamburger buns

DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Reserving the tops of the buns, cut each into a slice.
Step 2
Leave a thick shell on each bun after hollowing it out.
Step 3
In a pan, sauté bacon and onions; drain excess oil with absorbent paper.
Step 4
Stir the Worcestershire sauce into the butter in a saucepan.
Step 5
Use half of the butter mixture to brush the inside of the buns.
Step 6
Each bun should be filled with an egg.
Step 7
The mixture of bacon and onions should be spooned over eggs.
Step 8
Eggs are seasoned, cheese is grated, and the bun tops are replaced.
Step 9
Brush the remaining butter onto each bun lid.
Step 10
Bake for 15 minutes, or until eggs are done, in an oven set at 200 °C (400 °F).
