How To Make Baked Pot Stickers- Sweet Asian Dipping Sauce – Chicken Egg Roll

- 1(10-ounce) can of white chicken meat, drained and flaked
- 1(8 ounce) can water chestnuts
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger root, peeled and finely chopped
- 1⁄2 cup green onions top, thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 cup jalapeno jelly
- 1⁄4 cup carrot, grated
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup rice vinegar
- 24 square wonton wrappers
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
