- 1 cup apple, chopped
- 1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 lb frozen cod or 1 lb another fish filet, thawed
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup celery, thinly sliced
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise or 1/4 cup salad dressing
- 1⁄4 cup walnuts, chopped

DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Combine apple, celery, and butter or margarine in a 1-quart microwave-safe bowl.
Step 2
Cover the bowl and microwave on 100% power (HIGH) for 2-3 minutes, or until the celery reaches a crisp-tender texture.

Add stuffing mix, mayonnaise or salad dressing, walnuts, and lemon juice to the bowl; mix well and set aside.

In a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish, place the block of fish.
