How To Make Chorizo And Egg Burritos
INGREDIENTS FOR CHORIZO AND EGG BURRITOS
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 lb fresh chorizo sausage, broken up
- 1⁄2 cup grated Monterey jack cheese
- 6 -8 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 6 large flour tortillas, browned in a pan as needed
- chopped avocado
- hot sauce
- sour cream

DIRECTIONS
Step 1
To make chorizo (broken up) and chopped onion, combine both ingredients in a pan and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Once everything is nice and brown, add six to eight beaten eggs.
Step 3
Until they’re cooked, keep them moving.
Step 4
Add grated Monterey jack, avocado (if desired), and sour cream to the tortilla, then pan-grill it.
Step 5
Add more hot sauce and sour cream to your serving.
